follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Create a New Group with External Communication Permissions:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Access the Google Admin Console: Navigate to\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/admin.google.com\/\">admin.google.com<\/a>\u00a0and sign in with your administrator credentials.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the Admin Console, go
